I’m so grateful for the education I received at Jackson Hole Christian Academy in 6th–8th grade (1997–2000). Back then, it only went up to 8th grade, but I’m thrilled students can now complete high school there. JHCA provided a biblically-based curriculum and an environment that deepened my relationship with the Lord. Today, my two children attend, and it continues to be a blessing to our family. We are incredibly grateful for the education our children received at Jackson Hole Christian Academy. The environment is nurturing, supportive, and focused on developing both strong academic skills and personal character. The teachers truly care about each student’s success, not only in the classroom but also in their spiritual growth. Our boys not only excelled in their studies but also learned the values of compassion, integrity, and faith. All of these skills and values play a big role in their current jobs as well as their future endeavors. I had the privilege of attending Jackson Hole Christian Academy from 3rd to 8th grade, and it was truly a life-changing experience. The teachers were exceptional—dedicated, caring, and always willing to offer personalized support that helped me excel academically. More than just academics, the Academy helped me grow stronger in my faith, which has remained a guiding force in my life. I am so grateful for the solid foundation that Jackson Hole Christian Academy provided, both in my education and my spiritual journey, and I credit much of my success today to the nurturing environment they created. Now, my two children, Marlow and Slayton, have the privilege to attend, and I’m excited for them to experience the same incredible education and faith-building opportunities that I did.

When I was a young girl, my family moved to Jackson. I was enrolled at JHCA because my parents and aunt wanted us to be raised in a Christian environment. As an adult, reflecting over my years in college, where I graduated with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, I realized the value of my time with JHCA. The fundamentals learned at the school enabled me to tackle life with God at my center and with confidence. The firm foundation of God I received, provided me with stability as I ventured through life. The firm foundation I received in academics, provided a confidence to achieve great things through education. I moved away, had 4 boys, and returned to Jackson. My husband and I had to consider where to place the boys to be surrounded by a Christian environment. There was no doubt in my mind, Jackson Hole Christian Academy was the very best place for a solid foundation in Jesus. I realize some parents are supremely focused on where to put their kids for the best education. Although the education was not my primary concern, I can say, after watching my boys being educated by Mrs. Manoukian and Mrs. Shockley, there is not a better education in town that matches it! Watching the boys' education, I recall the same curriculum I was taught growing up and how it prepared me for my long future in education. Because of the style of teaching these ladies have adopted, my kindergartner was ready for 1st grade reading after only 6 months of school. This is a great accomplishment, but nothing warms my heart more than to see my older boys in 5th and 6th grade have a passion and desire to learn the Bible. They have been well equipped with Answers in Genesis providing an understanding of why we don’t believe in evolution but in creation. They are bold and proud to be Christians and defend its honor in the face of adversity. This alone is what makes every bit of their education at JHCA the right decision. I am so blessed to have them at Jackson Hole Christian Academy receiving the same great foundation that equipped me to become who I am today.
